B2G // CLASSIFIED
Load a Cursor on Target file from TAK Server, ATAK, WinTAK or iTAK, or a BattleBottle export, and it becomes a scenario here. Hostile tracks, drawn terrain, routes, protected assets, friendly platforms and environment notes are each converted into the closest BattleBottle equivalent and listed for review before anything is placed. You can also drop the file onto this panel.

Threat Library
Build a library of the threat systems you expect to face, from hostile FPV types and loitering munitions to EW emitters and dismounted teams. Saved entries appear in the THREATS tab of the enemy roster and can be dragged onto the battlefield like any catalogued unit. The AI factors their class and stats into its counter recommendations.
🔒 Stored on this device only. Your threat library is never uploaded and no other user can see it.
Operational Budget (USD)
Minimum $50,000
Available Drone Inventory
Set how many of each platform you have available. The AI Tactical Advisor will only recommend deployments within these limits. Leave at 100 for unrestricted planning. Counts save to this device automatically, so your declared inventory is ready the next time you open BattleBottle.
RECON: 400// ATTACK: 400// DEFENSE: 400// TOTAL: 1,200 units available
🔒 Your asset inventory is stored on this device only and is never uploaded.
Custom Drones
Define up to 4 custom platforms with your own stats. Saved locally to this browser. The AI will factor them into recommendations alongside catalogued platforms.
Custom Environments
Build up to 3 custom battlefields based on the 5 preset terrains, up to 1km by 1km in size. Import a birds-eye aerial photo as a faded ground layer with automatic terrain detection (BETA), then drag-and-drop trees, bushes, trenches, houses, sandbags and more onto the canvas. Place a High-Value Asset and the AI funds its protection before anything else. Saved locally to this browser and selectable as a battle zone above.
Doctrine Library
Encode the doctrines your plans must follow, both formal (published rules of engagement, national caveats, release authorities) and informal (unit SOPs, commander's intent, local conventions). Active doctrines are passed to the AI as planning constraints on every recommendation and are recorded in exported reports.
🔒 Stored on this device only. Doctrines travel with your scenario request to the AI and nowhere else.

Set Environmental Conditions

Integration and Export
BattleBottle is built to slot into the systems you already run. Every plan can leave the tool in a machine-readable form.
📡 TAK Ecosystem
Export any recommendation as Cursor on Target (CoT) events for the open tak.gov C2 ecosystem, compatible with TAK Server, ATAK, WinTAK and iTAK. Events are flagged advisory="true" and effector_tasking="false": the operator stays in command at all times.
🔗 API Integration
The engine behind this interface is callable as a REST API. A single POST /api/recommend request returns the full ranked force package as structured JSON, ready to feed C2, mission planning and battle management systems.
🔒 Sovereign and Secure
UK-hosted AI with encrypted delivery and executables only. Your threat library, asset inventory, doctrines and custom environments are stored on your own device, and no other user can see them.

New Custom Environment
Pick a base preset, set the size (up to 1km by 1km), optionally import a birds-eye aerial photo as the ground layer, then drag environmental items onto the canvas. Saved locally to this browser. Trenches give cover; tall buildings break drone line-of-sight. Place a 50m High-Value Asset (gold diamond) and the AI funds a defensive ring for it before any strike or screening assets: asset protection comes ahead of enemy lethality and own-force survivability.
1. Base preset
2. Size (meters)
m square
Larger environments mean more cover and longer flight paths, which the AI will factor into the recommended approach.
3. Aerial imagery (optional) BETA
Upload a birds-eye photo of your area of operations, then frame the square section you want to import. The framed section sits beneath your placed items as a faded ground layer so map features stay easy to see, and roads, water, trees and buildings detected in the photo are added to the canvas for you. Detection is a BETA feature, so adjust or remove anything it gets wrong.
4. Callsign
5. Items 0 placed
Click an item to select it, then click on the canvas to place. Right-click a placed item to remove it. Items snap so they tile cleanly.
6. Battlefield canvas
Inside the canvas: left-click to place the selected item, right-click an item to remove it, or click the Clear button below to wipe.
New Threat Profile
Define a threat system you expect to face. It joins the THREATS tab of the enemy roster and can be placed on the battlefield. Stored on this device only.

Frame Aerial Imagery
Drag the photo to position it and use the slider to zoom. The full frame below is the square section that will be imported as the ground layer, covering the environment size you set, up to 1km by 1km.

Import Battle Scenario via CoT XML BETA
Every CoT event is converted into its closest BattleBottle equivalent and listed below with the reason. exact came straight from a BattleBottle tag or a named platform, library matched your threat library, mapped was classed from its CoT type, nearest is a best-fit stand-in worth checking, and skipped has no equivalent in this tool. Nothing is placed until you confirm.
Export to TAK / C2 BETA
Generates Cursor on Target (CoT) XML for the open tak.gov ecosystem (TAK Server, ATAK, WinTAK, iTAK) and machine-readable JSON for API-level integration into other C2 systems.
Every event is marked advisory="true" and effector_tasking="false". BattleBottle recommends; it never tasks effectors. The operator remains in command.
What the map anchor means
TAK and other C2 systems plot every track at a real-world coordinate, but this scenario only knows positions relative to its own map. The anchor pins the map to the real world: enter the latitude and longitude of the SOUTH-WEST (bottom-left) corner of your battle area in decimal degrees. Every exported position is then measured east and north from that corner using the real size of this environment.
Where to get the numbers
Right-click the corner location in Google Maps and click the coordinates shown to copy them. In ATAK, long-press the point on the map to read them off. A handheld GPS reading taken at the corner also works. Example for the Larkhill training area: latitude 51.178900, longitude -1.826200. North of the equator is a positive latitude; west of Greenwich is a negative longitude.
